  • We accept returns or exchanges on all unworn, unused or new condition items within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. 
  • Returns will be subject to a $7 shipping/restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund or store credit.
  • For online returns, once we receive your return and inspect it, we will notify you via email if your return is accepted or declined. This process may take up to 3 business days
  • If your return is accepted, your refund will be processed and applied to the original method of payment or for store credit 
  • Note that refunds can take up to 7-10 business days to appear on your bank account due to varying processing times between financial organizations
  • Beauty & wellness products, socks, food products and beverages, swimwear, bodysuits, intimates, face masks, pillow cases, dog toys bags and accessories are final sale
  • All items marked down from their original price are final sale
  • Permanent bracelets are also final sale. 
  • If you received an item that is damaged, please email perfectmatchtx@gmail.comwith your order number and photos for a customer service representative to address your order
  • We will not be responsible for damages to merchandise once the item has been used.


  • We do accept international orders but they will be final sale
  • Due to interuptions in shipping overseas, packages may take an extended time to arrive.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable and will not be included in your refund or store credit
  • Please note shipping window on pre-orders product listings when you place your order
  • We generally ship all orders within 24-48 hours of order placement
  • HOLIDAY SHIPPING: Please note our shipping time may be longer than usual due to Holiday volume and shipping delays. Once your item is packaged and shipped, you will receive an email notification with tracking information 
  • Due to the nature of pre-orders, they cannot be canceled for a refund but we are happy to issue a store credit instead.
  • Once pre-orders arrive and are packaged and shipped, you will receive an email notification with tracking information. Each listing should give an estimated time for availability. 


All of our chains are made of the highest quality 14K gold-filled, sterling silver, and rose gold chains.  They are made to last on your wrist, however, if you need to remove it for a medical procedure or other reason they can be removed easily by cutting with scissors.
